My Life in Cake

 I have always loved cake!

I spent years in my childhood running over to my "other" mother Ethel's home to watch her bake and cook. Wow it was delicious! It left a lasting impression on me for the love of food which paved my way for a life immersed in sweet and savory endeavors.

Along the way I've learned from, trained with and competed with the best  in the industry.

From culinary school to French bakery to my husband and my restaurant and catering business to innkeepers and wedding cakes it is an exciting journey!
